Throughout its 100-year history, the Civic Welfare Club has provided financial and material support for many local causes.
Today we focus our efforts on supporting local families and school students in need. Additionally, we make annual donations to several community groups.
Club Support for Local Families and Students includes:
Gift Cards for local families in need at the holidays
Camperships for middle-school students in need
Special requests from the schools for students in need
Provision of College Scholarships for GHHS Graduating Seniors
Emergency Funds for Families in need due to illness, loss of employment, and/or disaster
The Club makes Annual Donations to these Community Groups:
Bobcat Boosters
Grandview Heights Public Library
Blue Star Memorial Park
Grandview Center
